CMN brings together NIMH expertise in neuroimaging, image data processing, neuromodulation, machine learning, and data sharing. Its purpose is to strengthen communication across cores, teams, sections, staff scientists, and users.

CMN duties include:

  • Holding regular meetings with collaborative cores and teams.
  • Identifying technical and thematic overlap across NIMH neuroimaging efforts.
  • Stimulating research using multimodal techniques.
  • Supporting sharing of resources, tools, references, and data.
  • Maintaining a central clearinghouse for talks, workshops, methods, and available support.

Collaborating groups include the Functional MRI Core Facility, Data Science and Sharing Team, Machine Learning Core, Scientific and Statistical Computing Core, Neurophysiology Imaging Core, MEG Core, Section on Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, and Section on PET Neuroimaging Sciences.
